Custom Audio Switchbox with Bluetooth Connectivity

This personal project stemmed from a challenge in my home audio setup. My stereo amplifier only accepts one line-level input, yet I have multiple audio sources, including a turntable and a TV. To solve this, I designed and built a device that allows me to connect all my audio equipment and select which source is routed to the power amplifier. As an added feature, I integrated Bluetooth connectivity.

The project was an opportunity to develop my skills in industrial enclosure design, electronics, and prototyping. I modeled the product in Rhino, soldered the components, and created custom faceplates to achieve a polished, industrial aesthetic. The components were upcycled from old video projectors, adding a sustainable aspect to the design.

This project highlights my ability to combine technical problem-solving with a design-oriented approach, resulting in a functional and visually refined solution tailored to real-world needs.
